6 Chicago hole-in-the-wall taco spots, 1 taco per spot, 19 people crammed in an 11-person RV driving around in one way streets with cars everywhere sounds like a disaster in the making. It was and that’s why it was so much fun! We started at 7pm and ended the night barely able to walk at 11pm. The plan was to eat 1 taco from 6 different taco spots and the last one we hit was the best: Las Asadas on 3243 North Pulaski Road. We have been taking a leadership development trip to the Boundary Waters in MN (see right column) and needed to fund raise $2000 to be able to make this happen. This trip brought in over $3000 and we can now take these kids into the wild outdoors to awaken and sharpen and teach leadership skills that our inner city kids never knew they had.
